Register and Validate

Submit account verification form Complete the account verification form. This information helps us better understand your business and recommend the most suitable products and configurations.

Account verification review Our team will review your submission. ⏱️ Verification typically takes less than 24 working hours.

Product Activation

Submit product interest request From your Bakuun account, go to: Store Choose the option that best suits your business needs, then activate it.

Integrate and Certify

Complete Sandbox configuration Navigate to: Sandbox → Configuration Answer all required questions and click Enroll Configuration. The system will automatically validate your setup and unlock all remaining Sandbox menus.

Retrieve Sandbox API keys Go to: Sandbox → API Keys Retrieve your Read and Post API keys. These credentials will be used as the username and password in the staging environment for:

Posting bookings

Reading mappings

Reading bookings

Configure webhooks Navigate to: Sandbox → Webhook Generate and configure your:

Mapping endpoints

ARI endpoints ( only for push integration )

Booking endpoints

Property mapping Go to: Sandbox → Connect Complete the mapping process for the test property assigned to your account.

Test API interactions Navigate to: Sandbox → Interact Use the Interact functionality to:

Trigger ARI updates

Validate and test API payloads

Certification Go to: Sandbox → Certification Complete all required test cases. Once all tests pass, your account will be automatically certified, and the Production environment will appear in the left-hand menu.

Go Live

Production configuration Navigate to:

Production → Configuration This section will be automatically populated based on your certification results.

Retrieve Production API keys Go to: Production → API Keys Retrieve your Read and Post API keys for use in the production environment.

Connect properties -> this step is not needed for Direct Supplier Integration Navigate to: Production → Connect Select the property you want to connect. Once submitted, the request will be automatically accepted and the property will be ready for mapping.

Complete production mapping Go to: Production → Mapping Complete the mapping process for the connected property.
