we are channel manager / pms and would like to integrate with bakuun , which api should we use you can use the docid\ iaieg5ci7 zjti9v8zotu can i access the api before product activation? no api access is available only after a product is activated from the store support and certification also require an active product how do i start integrating with bakuun? to begin integration, you must register and validate your bakuun account complete account verification activate a product (b marketplace buyer / b aggregate / b marketplace ) integrate and certify in the sandbox go live in production full onboarding steps are available in the docid\ rvyvu1wa t3hrlkww5j1n how long does account verification take? account verification typically takes less than 24 working hours once the verification form is submitted where can i find my product id? your product id can be found in settings → top right section of your bakuun account this id is required when contacting support how do i unlock all sandbox menus? go to sandbox → configuration answer all required questions and click enroll configuration the system will automatically validate your configuration and unlock all sandbox modules what is the sandbox environment used for? the sandbox is a staging environment used to configure your account test api connectivity perform mapping validate ari and booking flows complete certification before production access are sandbox and production credentials interchangeable? no sandbox and production have completely separate credentials and endpoints what must be completed to get certified? certification requires successful property mapping ari payload validation booking flow testing completion of all certification test cases once all tests pass, certification is automatic and production access is enabled is mapping manual or automated? mapping is primarily self service with system validations support is available if needed once your product is active can i test ari updates before going live? yes use sandbox → interact this allows you to trigger ari updates and validate payload structure and responses what happens if ari payload validation fails? the api response will include validation errors your integration must pass all ari validations to complete certification can i create bookings in sandbox yes sandbox allows full booking lifecycle testing, including booking creation booking modified (if applicable) cancellation (if applicable) is the api secure? yes bakuun apis use authenticated api keys environment separation secure webhook configurations can api keys be rotated? yes api keys can be regenerated from the dashboard if required
